Growth Marketing

• Develop and implement a comprehensive growth enablement strategy tailored to the OPUS2 product offerings and sales lifecycle.
• Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for new and existing sales staff, focusing on sales methodology, buyer personas, competitive positioning, objection handling, and product knowledge.
• Work with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to ensure sales teams are fully prepared to articulate value propositions and key differentiators when new products and features are launched.
• Analyze sales performance data, metrics, and feedback to identify skill gaps, process bottlenecks or areas of improvement, and continuously iterate enablement programs.
• Partner closely with sales leadership to set enablement goals, track enablement impact (e.g., ramp time, quota attainment, win rate, deal size), and develop/launch new initiatives and training programs.
• Drive adoption of sales tools and technology (CRM, enablement platforms, content libraries, analytics dashboards) to streamline workflows, measure impact, and scale processes.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure sales collateral, playbooks, battlecards, presentations, and other tools are on point and most effectively leveraged by the team.
• Provide coaching and ongoing support to client-facing roles (AE, EAD, ISR, BDR, CSM) enabling better execution of sales processes, deal qualification, pipeline management, and closing.
• Manage, coach, and train global ISR/BDRs to improve performance and ensure consistency across North America and International sales teams.
• Develop prospecting plays and strategies for the BDR/ISR to run with sales and marketing.
• Provide daily/weekly/monthly coaching & development to support immediate feedback to written and verbal communications to clients/prospects.
• Identify goals and metrics for the BDR/ISR that are consistently measured and reviewed, to identify successes and challenges.

Growth Enablement Manager

Account Executive

• Become a trusted advisor to key contacts within each firm in your territory.
• Actively listen, explore needs within each firm, and uncover customer objectives.
• Learn the Opus 2 value proposition & the needs it addresses and be able to communicate our solutions effectively to prospective new users within existing customers.
• Be responsible for achieving defined sales targets and quota on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis in assigned territory.
• Work cross-functionally to develop detailed account plans to expand relationships and grow our partnership within each firm.
• Expand Opus 2's reach within each Enterprise firm by identifying and implementing stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Create and maintain an accurate sales pipeline in the Opus 2 CRM (activity, opportunity status, projected closing dates, and projected forecast amounts, among others).
• Communicate requested product and opportunity feedback shared by existing clients for utilization in product development process, marketing plans, and sales strategy.
• Participate in marketing events, trade shows, client meetings, and company events as necessary.

Enterprise Account Director

• Build trusted relationships with partners, heads of disputes, litigation support teams, and innovation leaders within target firms.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for a portfolio of top-tier law firms, identifying priority practices, stakeholders, and opportunities for expansion.
• Analyse firm strategy, practice priorities, and market positioning to identify where Opus 2 can deliver the most strategic value.
• Identify and create new opportunities through proactive outreach, relationship development, and internal referrals.
• Lead consultative enterprise sales cycles from discovery through to close.
• Clearly articulate the commercial value of Opus 2 solutions and position them effectively within each client’s workflow and strategic priorities.
• Translate discovery insights and client discussions into clear commercial proposals that anchor Opus 2’s value to the client’s objectives and case needs.
• Maintain deal momentum by defining clear next steps, managing stakeholders, and progressing opportunities at pace.
• Achieve defined sales targets and quota on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Collaborate closely with Solutions Consultants, Customer Success, Marketing, and Hearings teams to develop and progress opportunities.

Product Manager

• Build close and trusting relationships with the customer facing teams across our business to enable easier learning and collaboration.
• Assist in translating insights into clear problem statements, jobs-to-be-done, and opportunity areas.
• Support user story writing, requirements, and acceptance criteria with PM guidance.

This hybrid role combines hands-on office management for our London office, as well as managing engagement initiatives across our global workforce such as: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), DE&I, and culture-building responsibilities. • Identify whitespace opportunities across the broader ecosystem
• Lead deep discovery with customers, partners, and internal teams to understand how data enters, exits, and interoperates with the platform across varying technical maturity levels.
• Translate insights into clear strategic recommendations and validated ecosystem initiatives
• Define the long-term vision for the platform ecosystem, including APIs, integrations, data exchange, and extensibility.
