• Own sourcing strategy and execution for Go-To-Market (GTM) sales positions, including Enterprise Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Sales Enablement professionals
• Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements, and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Source candidates through various channels and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, ATS, personal network, employee referrals, etc.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings via GoogleMeet or Zoom
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Partner with HR and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions for new hires
• Track and report sourcing metrics to stakeholders
