About the role

  • Identify and engage with major Retailers and Ecommerce businesses to establish Insert Media partnerships.
  • Broaden and maintain the Retailers database and establish standardized SLAs with partners.
  • Analyze and communicate logistical nuances of each Retailer (delivery timelines, procedures, insert capacity, audience demographics).
  • Collaborate with the data team to devise a pilot model and assist Product team to align software development with client needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential partners and build/manage a pipeline using tools like Upleads, Clay, and HubSpot.
  • Perform cold outreach, create lead sequences, and conduct product demos and tailored presentations to decision-makers.
  • Manage and nurture long-term partner relationships, provide ongoing support, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Work with marketing, product, and regional management teams to align partnership initiatives and share market insights.
  • Track and monitor lead activity in HubSpot, meet monthly KPIs (250 outbound calls and 10 meetings), and report pipeline progress to country managers.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-3 years in partnerships, business development, sales, or a related field, ideally within tech, advertising, or software industries.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and lead-generation platforms (e.g., Upleads, Clay).
  • Presentation Skills: Experience conducting product demos, presentations, and pitching to senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical Abilities: Capable of researching market trends and identifying potential partnership opportunities.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients at all levels.
  • Relationship-Building: Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with partners.
  • Resilience: Able to handle rejection and maintain motivation, adapting outreach strategies as needed.
  • Organization: Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and partnerships effectively.
  • Industry Knowledge (nice-to-have): Background in software or advertising sales, with familiarity in offline marketing.
  • AI and Data Tools (nice-to-have): Basic understanding of AI applications in marketing or familiarity with data analysis tools.
  • Growth Mindset (nice-to-have): A proactive approach to personal goal-setting and self-improvement in alignment with team objectives.
