• Work with functional leadership to ensure the organization is aligned to the company strategy, culture, and values
• Partner with leaders to align current and future business needs into an overall integrated People plan for the function, focusing on opportunities that contribute to the growth and competitiveness of the business

Senior HR Business Partner

Recruitment

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned requisitions, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to facilitate the entire recruitment process, from opening a search through offer extension.
• Source candidates using various methods and tools, including employee referrals, company career site, social media, job boards, associations/user groups, and university alumni resources.
• Screen candidates to evaluate their skills and understand their motivators.
• Assist with onboarding initiatives to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance Openly's reputation as an employer of choice.
• Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers regarding market employment trends, compensation, skills/attributes, target companies, recruitment strategies, interviewing/assessments, and sourcing tactics.
• Be a culture ambassador, promoting Openly's values and mission.

Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Data Engineer

• Design, create, and maintain data solutions. This includes data pipelines and data structures.
• Work with data users, data science, and business intelligence personnel, to create data solutions to be used in various projects.
• Translating concepts to code to enhance our data management frameworks and services to strive towards providing a high quality data product to our data users.
• Collaborate with our product, operations, and technology teams to develop and deploy new solutions related to data architecture and data pipelines to enable a best-in-class product for our data users.
• Collaborating with teammates to derive design and solution decisions related to architecture, operations, deployment techniques, technologies, policies, processes, etc.
• Participate in domain, stand ups, weekly 1:1's, team collaborations, and biweekly retros
• Assist in educating others on different aspects of data (e.g. data management best practices, data pipelining best practices, SQL tuning)
• Share your knowledge within the data engineer team and with others in the company (e.g. tech all-hands, tech learning hour, domain meetings, code sync meetings, etc.)

Data Engineer II

Data Scientist

• Independently conduct analysis of current countrywide programs to understand and quantify the success of the program while identifying areas of opportunity for future enhancements related to growth and profitability.
• Closely work and collaborate with the Insurance Product team to align on analytical requirements and measures of success for both new and ongoing initiatives.
• Build out comprehensive monitoring frameworks that provide insights around current results and trends. Leverage these findings to provide recommendations on both product and strategy that will have positive impacts on growth, retention, and profitability.
• Consistently demonstrate curiosity by proposing new ideas for analysis and leveraging the resulting insights to show alignment with or opportunities within current and future strategies.
• Conduct competitor research using various tools and sources to keep a proactive pulse on industry results and trends that could inform internal decisions.
• Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to the Insurance Product team and other key stakeholders (including senior leadership) by demonstrating advanced influencing and storytelling skills.

• Design and execute a multi-channel internal communications strategy leveraging modern tools including AI
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership to build effective teams and implement leadership model using engagement surveys and 360s
• Lead HR Business Partners to translate business goals into people strategies including workforce planning, career paths, employee relations, and performance frameworks

Product Analyst

• Lead analyses and hone analytical, technical, and communication skills while supporting Regional Product Managers

• Partner with Regional Product Managers to provide support and insights on state and regional trends and performance

• The Territory Manager is responsible for profitable growth and strengthening agency relationships, onboarding support, and accelerating adoption of Openly’s product.
• Key responsibilities include engaging with existing Openly Agent Partners, supporting marketing campaigns, creating and implementing growth strategies, supporting Business Development Managers, managing territory, analyzing trends, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve agent experience.
