National Agency Success Manager

Product Manager

• Drive the profitable management of Openly’s insurance products, including coordination of product development, pricing, forms, compliance, underwriting, risk selection, and regulatory approval
• Support the continued expansion of insurance products, from insurance product development to product implementation
• Partner with Product Research, Engineering, and Operations to successfully manage our product and implement new features, as necessary

Territory Manager – Insurance

• Developing and calibrating Openly’s personal lines products for company-wide provisions including UW appetite, coverage offerings, profitability targets, and Openly proprietary models
• Assisting with rate filings and DOI correspondence to ensure timely regulatory approval
• Collaborating with our Technology and Operations teams to successfully implement product changes
• Analyzing key performance indicators and drivers of profitability, including loss ratios, actuarial indications, frequency/severity trends, sales conversion, persistency, and other data as we continue to grow our geographic footprint
• Leading other product management initiatives, such as external data evaluations, market/competitor intelligence, and new product development

Actuary

• Drive state expansion by assisting in developing rating models, developing other customer-facing models, and supporting DOI inquiries

• Assist in producing formal actuarial deliverables as needed (rate indications, amendments to rating plan, reinsurance analysis, loss modeling, etc.)

• Design, create, and maintain data solutions. This includes data pipelines and data structures.
• Work with data users, data science, and business intelligence personnel, to create data solutions to be used in various projects.
