Requirements
7+ years of experience in client success, account management, or product strategy leadership roles, ideally within SaaS or software-driven environments.
Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
Strong understanding of enterprise client needs, software integrations, and product lifecycles.
Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills across executive and client audiences.
