About the role
- Be accessible to clients via chat, email, and phone throughout the post auction process, delivering fast, professional, and thoughtful support
- Provide detailed assistance on topics such as financing, title transfers, and DMV regulations
- Serve as a mediator and trusted support for buyers and sellers
- Take ownership of client concerns, providing excellent support from start to resolution
- Collaborate across teams to continuously improve our platform, tools, and internal processes
- Assist the Post Auction Sales Concierge and Client Support Team
Requirements
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to think outside the box
- Extensive experience with vehicle transactions, with a focus on title transfers, automobile transactions, and state-specific sale processes
- Previous customer service training and experience, ideally in an automobile dealership or vehicle auction environment
- Demonstrated experience providing top-notch support via email, chat, and phone
- A professional customer-facing demeanor and the ability to quickly communicate with clarity, succinctness, and precision
- Strong written communication skills
- Working knowledge of the Google platform and tools, as well as basic spreadsheet tools.
- A deep passion for enthusiast cars and the automotive world
- Excellent attention to detail
