• Provide detailed assistance on topics such as financing, title transfers, and DMV regulations
• Serve as a mediator and trusted support for buyers and sellers
• Take ownership of client concerns, providing excellent support from start to resolution
• Collaborate across teams to continuously improve our platform, tools, and internal processes
