• Own sellers end-to-end, from initial submission through a completed, sold auction
• Proactively call, text, and email sellers to keep momentum, remove friction, and prevent drop-off
• Help sellers gather all required materials and guide them through getting their car live on the site
• Set realistic expectations and negotiate reserves, including helping sellers adjust pricing when market feedback requires it
• Ensure listings are accurate, complete, and professionally presented in coordination with Editorial Team
• Maintain urgency and accountability to maximize sell-through
• Deliver fast, professional, high-touch support at all times
