About the role
- Build and lead the Partner Enablement function, managing a team focused on scaling OpenAI’s partner ecosystem—especially across the AWS Cloud partnership.
- Define and execute enablement strategy to equip partners with the tools, training, and programs needed to deliver OpenAI solutions in cloud-native environments.
- Design onboarding and certification programs that accelerate partner ramp, including AWS-aligned delivery and deployment models.
- Develop scalable playbooks, training, and content for sales, technical, and delivery teams, with a focus on AWS GTM motions and co-sell.
- Partner with Partnerships leadership and AWS stakeholders to align enablement priorities with joint strategic goals.
- Collaborate with Partner Directors to drive partner performance, pipeline, and success across AWS-led opportunities.
- Work with Partner Technical Success to support delivery and track enablement impact through metrics and dashboards.
- Translate product capabilities into partner-ready messaging, training, and collateral aligned to AWS and cloud workflows.
- Build and maintain a centralized hub for enablement resources, including AWS-specific materials and integrations.
- Capture partner feedback and field insights to continuously improve programs and inform broader GTM strategy.
Requirements
- Have experience building and leading partner enablement and scaled partner programs in a high-growth technology company.
- Have managed and developed teams responsible for enablement, partner programs, or GTM strategy.
- Bring strong program management and operational leadership skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives across complex organizations.
- Have experience working with partner ecosystems such as systems integrators, consulting firms, hyper scalers and/or technology partners.
- Are comfortable collaborating across functions including Partnerships, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Technical teams.
- Possess excellent communication and executive presence, with experience presenting to internal leadership and external partners.
- Have a strong interest in the AI landscape and emerging technologies, and enjoy translating complex technology into actionable programs for partners.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments with high ambiguity, where building new systems and programs from the ground up is required.
