About the role
- Partner with clients from day one to understand their business needs and shape solutions.
- Define high-level product requirements, MVP scopes, and roadmaps.
- Translate business goals into technical architectures and delivery plans.
- Lead proposal creation (business framing + product requirements + technical approach).
- Oversee delivery across multiple teams, ensuring quality and accountability.
- Be a trusted advisor to clients, while mentoring engineering teams internally.
- Help codify Oowlish’s playbooks so we can scale beyond any single leader.
- Join leadership team and scale alongside cofounder & CTO in a client-facing, high-impact role blending product strategy, solution architecture, and delivery leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or product/technical consulting.
- Strong technical breadth (cloud, APIs, modern architectures).
- Proven ability to lead multiple teams/projects and communicate with C-level stakeholders.
- Experience defining product requirements and MVPs, not just technical designs.
- Excellent communication skills (English required; Spanish/Portuguese a plus).
- Backgrounds that could be a great fit: consulting/outsourcing firms; CTOs or co-founders of startups with hands-on product, tech, and business experience.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and excited to grow into a future CTO/Partner role.
