About the role
- Own the strategic direction and success of a major product area within the portfolio, accountable for business and customer outcomes.
- Drive cross-functional product planning from discovery through launch across cloud and on-premise platforms.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify opportunities and translate into strategic initiatives.
- Lead customer discovery and validation efforts at scale to ensure features solve high-value problems.
- Prioritize features, investments, and trade-offs using a framework rooted in business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.
- Define and maintain a data-informed product roadmap that communicates vision and aligns priorities.
- Partner with UX, Engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure usable, scalable, and accessible products.
- Collaborate with go-to-market, sales, customer success, and support teams to enable launches and drive adoption.
- Track product performance through KPIs, analytics, and customer feedback to optimize and iterate quickly.
- Act as a thought leader and mentor, driving alignment on product strategy and mentoring junior product managers.
- Represent the company externally in customer conversations, industry events, and strategic engagements.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and company goals.
Requirements
- 5 - 8+ years of progressive product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, ideally within legal tech, financial systems, or professional services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Strong track record of leading product strategy and execution across complex platforms with multiple stakeholders and user personas.
- Deep functional expertise in core accounting and financial compliance, ideally within enterprise-level financial technology platforms; global experience strongly preferred.
- Deep experience in customer discovery, market research, and product validation with a structured approach to uncovering insights.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including influencing executives.
- Fluency in Agile product development processes.
- Strong business and systems thinking.
- Experience mentoring or coaching junior product managers and contributing to team culture.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
