• General Overview: At ThinkOnward, we're a global community of experts solving geoscience and data science challenges, equipping a community with tools, data, and resources.
• Core markets: Subsurface Solutions (AI-driven workflows reducing time to decisions 20-30%), GenAI Solutions (assess/benchmark tools, partner with vendors, integrate into projects).
• Summary: Expand GenAI go-to-market with mid-market oil & gas operators and service companies; own full BD and sales lifecycle from business model design to closing deals and growing ARR.
• What You’ll Do: Source & qualify mid-market O&G accounts (Americas focus), sell to Family Offices/UHNW, design GTM & offers with Marketing, perform market research, implement structured data-driven sales process using HubSpot, lead deal strategy and negotiations, nurture leads, close and expand deals, cultivate partner ecosystem, own forecasting, feed voice of customer to Product/Innovation.
• What You’ll Bring (Must-haves): Proven O&G network, Family Office network a plus, expertise selling/applying Generative AI, structured BD methodology, commercial acumen, executive presence, tools experience, Bachelor's degree.
• Nice-to-haves: Spanish/Portuguese proficiency and contacts in South America; experience selling AI-enabled solutions into subsurface, drilling/completions, production optimization; foundational subsurface workflow knowledge.
• Time Commitment / Travel: Full-Time; client and conference travel 25-40%, including occasional travel to Latin America.
