About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Accurately collect, verify, and document ride, driver, and rider information
Respond promptly to driver, rider, and customer inquiries via phone, text, and chat
Monitor scheduled and active rides to ensure timely pickup and completion
Actively support drivers during trips by resolving delays, routing issues, cancellations, and service disruptions
Identify issues quickly, take ownership of resolutions, and follow through to completion
Escalate issues appropriately and in a timely manner following established procedures
Maintain accurate records and updates to ensure continuity across shifts
Identify recurring operational issues and contribute suggestions for improvement
Maintain professionalism, focus, and consistency in a high-volume, fast-moving environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

1 year of dispatch experience
Proven reliability, strong attendance, and ability to work scheduled shifts consistently
Availability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays (PST Hours)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks without error
Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
Ability to remain calm, organized, and effective under pressure
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a team
Medical terminology experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided
