• Build, validate, and ship predictive models that drive the business: churn prediction, LTV forecasting, propensity and uplift modelling, and recommendation

Product Designer

• Design and improve user experiences for B2C digital products.
• Work on onboarding flows, activation journeys, subscription paywalls, trial-to-paid conversion, retention mechanics, and monetization flows.
• Translate user research, product analytics, and behavioral data into practical design solutions.
• Create, test, and iterate on design hypotheses through A/B experiments.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, UX Researchers, and other product stakeholders.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, components, and visual guidelines.

Affiliate Manager

• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates across LATAM markets (Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Argentina)
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates
• Negotiate and support management of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals in coordination with the operating team

• Drive the successful implementation of MVP's programs by training dealership finance managers and sales teams on product options and platform utilization.
• Act as the primary growth engine for your assigned territory, identifying market gaps and positioning MVP as the premier alternative to legacy truck warranty providers.
• Maintain high dealer satisfaction, acting as the strategic point of contact to ensure seamless integration, high engagement, and long-term volume growth.
