About the role

  • Manage timelines, track deliverables, and drive execution across marketing campaigns (ad creatives, emails, landing pages, CRO tests)
  • Coordinate across teams: media buyers, creative strategists, video editors, UGC creators, and agencies
  • Build and maintain SOPs, templates, and checklists to systemize processes
  • Maintain consistent asset naming conventions and track deliverables for version control and reporting
  • Build dashboards and weekly reports highlighting project status, campaign performance, bottlenecks, and deadlines
  • Optimize turnaround times and reduce back-and-forth to increase output without sacrificing quality
  • Serve as point of accountability to ensure alignment and that nothing falls through the cracks

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in project management (marketing/creative teams preferred)
  • Must have worked with a DTC eCommerce brand or digital marketing agency at scale
  • Strong understanding of marketing workflows (campaigns, creative production, CRO)
  • Advanced skills in project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Airtable, Google Sheets)
  • Proven experience building and scaling systems, SOPs, and reporting dashboards
  • Analytical mindset; ability to track performance and spot bottlenecks
  • Strong communicator who can lead cross-functional teams and manage agencies/partners
  • Bonus: PMP or other project management certification
