• Finance Process Release Leads are responsible for deployment activities for the MedTech Transcend Finance transformation initiative within their respective process area, (revenue, inventory, capital equipment or A2R),
• The role is responsible for the successful implementation of S4 HANA technology & related process solutions in Finance and for leading the execution of key project deliverables and milestones across all project phases that will enable a successful and compliant North America OTC go-live.

Finance Process Release Lead – Revenue

Project Manager

• Proactive project management support to the MT Transcend OTC NA Finance team & Deployment Lead.
• Responsible for the planning, management and coordination of all Finance deliverables ensuring they’re on-time in accordance with the NA Program plan.
• Passionate follow-up on Finance actions arising from Governance mtgs, plan milestones, stage gates…
• Coaches colleagues in project management techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
• Monitors the Risks, Actions, Issues and Decisions (RAID) log with a view to leading a “no surprises” approach for the Transcend Finance team.
• Connect Global and Regional Squad teams on design progress with defined frequency.
• Stay informed with design, build and all project phases’ progress, gaps, KDDs and risks.
• Work cross-functionally within the Program to understand E2E milestones and the “so what?”

Finance Project Management

Therapist

• Lead and Develop Regional Therapy Advancement Team: Recruit, develop, and retain top talent within the Therapy Advancement team, including performance management, succession planning, and development planning.
• Coach and directly manage RTAM performance, collaborating with their management to ensure consistent execution and growth.

Finance Process Release Lead – Capital Equipment

• Act as the key Finance point of contact, (POC), for your Business Unit and ensure standardized and efficient roll-out of all Finance requirements within your respective BU.
• Actively engage with wider Program team and other Finance Organisations to ensure consistency of implementation within overall Finance Roadmap.
• Proactive participation in Solution Confirmation including design localisation, understanding, interpreting and cascading of the OTC Global Template ensuring all Finance localisation requirements, (statutory, legal etc), are documented and brought to life via design, testing, deployment and hyper-care.
• Bridge to local Finance from the Program during critical phases of solution confirmation, design, business adoption, go-live and hyper-care supporting through the first month-end / quarter-end closes.

• The VSM must be well-versed in capital selling processes, orthopedic joint reconstruction sales, sales business planning, the use of financing tools, and able to work autonomously to managing a continuous capital pipeline to close capital deals and other med-tech sales on an accelerated timeline through budgeted and off budget customer processes.
• The VSM will lead expanding the customer base by working with the VELYS Digital Surgery Senior Sales Manager to develop a comprehensive executable business plan and expanding customer relationships with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
• The VSM will collaborate and work closely with the strategic customer group on ASC, large IDNs, Academic Centers, and the Joint Reconstruction Field Sales Force (FSO) on all pipeline opportunities to cross promote the entire digital surgery product portfolio.
