About the role
- Talk to new and existing T-Mobile customers daily, introducing them to T-Mobile products and services.
- Work as part of a dynamic team handling a blended call queue, primarily answering inbound calls.
- Make outbound calls to hot leads for reminders or updates (e.g., changing card number).
- Focus on helping customers and improving their T-Mobile experience.
- Participate in a 4-week program training (2 weeks training, 2 weeks nesting).
- Work the production schedule Friday–Monday 4pm to 3am (four 10-hour shifts).
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or call center environment is a plus, but a strong willingness to learn is what we value the most!
- Strong interpersonal skills to connect with customers and create a welcoming atmosphere over the phone.
- Excellent verbal communication skills; you should be able to articulate messages clearly and effectively.
- A self-motivated individual with a passion for achieving goals and driving results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Team-oriented mindset that encourages cooperation and sharing of best practices.
