Systems Engineer

• As a System Engineer GitOps, you will systematically and sustainably expand the automation for the Windows Application Cloud as well as our internal server landscape.
• You ensure that infrastructure can be operated in a reproducible, secure, and scalable manner.
• Your mission is to ensure fully automated provisioning, maintenance, and hardening of our systems — from the first instance to large-scale production operation.
• You play a central role in the speed, security, and future-readiness of our platform.
• You will build and continuously evolve the automation for the Windows Application Cloud.
• You are responsible for the automated provisioning of customer systems at high volume.
• In addition, you will establish Infrastructure-as-Code structures for our internal server landscapes.
• You implement automated patch and security management.
• You minimize manual interventions in operations.

• You ensure a smooth and successful onboarding of our new customers to our software solutions.
• Your goal is for customers to become productive quickly, understand the value of our products, and have positive experiences from the very beginning.
• Through your guidance you lay the foundation for long-term satisfaction, successful adoption, and enduring customer relationships.
• You take full ownership of the end-to-end onboarding process — from initial intake and configuration to the successful go-live of our tradesman software.
• You competently guide new customers through every step of the onboarding, explain features and best practices, and ensure the software is optimally aligned with their workflows.
• You deliver trainings, workshops and coaching sessions — remotely or on-site — and support users in becoming confident and proficient with the software.
• You accompany new customers through the launch phase, identify potential obstacles early, and take proactive measures to ensure a successful implementation.
• You work closely with Sales, Product Management and Support to collect customer feedback, optimise internal processes and continuously improve the customer experience.
• In addition, you document all relevant activities, track KPIs such as time-to-value and activation rates, and derive measures for improvement.
