About the role
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for infrastructure, security, and engineering roles (software engineers, AI/ML, SRE, infrastructure engineers)
- Collaborate with hiring managers, interviewers, and Talent Acquisition team to shape recruiting strategies
- Develop deep understanding of business talent requirements and define interview processes and candidate evaluation techniques
- Proactively source and engage candidates through a variety of sourcing techniques
- Deliver exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance, ensuring timely communication and feedback
- Use ATS (Ashby) to track and analyze recruiting metrics and take a data-driven approach to improvement
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends and technologies in the tech ecosystem
- Build and nurture relationships with passive and active candidates to create hiring pipelines
Requirements
- 8+ years experience of full-cycle recruiting for technical roles
- Deep understanding of the engineering and security landscape
- Passion for sourcing hard-to-find talent
- Ability to navigate recruiting challenges in a quickly growing startup
- Strong relationships with hiring managers and leadership; trusted thought partner
- Experience providing mentorship and coaching to newer recruiters
- Analytical skills and a process-driven mindset to improve recruiting strategies
- Excellent recruiting and sourcing fundamentals with demonstrated success
- Strong business acumen supporting software engineering and technical teams
- Ability to set proper expectations with stakeholders and keep them informed
- Experience using an ATS (Ashby) to track and analyze recruiting metrics
- Legally authorized to work in the United States (application form requires this)
