About the role
- Own and evolve our recruiting technology stack, evaluating and implementing emerging AI and automation tools
- Enable data-driven recruiting by designing reporting, dashboards, and analytics that inform decisions
- Champion documentation and operational rigor to ensure consistency, clarity, and scalability
- Drive talent branding efforts, helping shape how Decagon shows up in the market for candidates
- Lead strategic projects that improve recruiting efficiency, candidate experience, and overall team effectiveness
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in program management, talent operations, or strategy & operations roles
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-impact programs
- Systems thinker who knows how to design processes and frameworks for high-performing teams
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- (Even better) Experience leading recruiting initiatives that leverage AI or advanced automation
- (Even better) Deep expertise with Ashby or similar recruiting platforms
- (Even better) Prior experience at a high-growth startup or tech company
