About the role

Lead and develop a team of Business Analysts and Systems Analysts to ensure high-quality requirements, documentation, and testing standards
Act as lead Analyst on key initiatives, partnering with business leaders, IT, and vendors to define scope and deliver customer-facing digital platform solutions
Recruit, mentor, train BAs; enforce standards; build trusted relationships; leverage AI for knowledge management and risk analysis
Serve as lead BA on high-priority projects; act as Systems Analyst on product teams; oversee end-to-end testing and UAT; guide adoption of AI-powered solutions
Ensure timely creation of scope, epics, user stories, test plans, and user guides; lead RFP processes; identify and escalate risks impacting project progress

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent experience
Agile/Scrum certification is desired
Cloud or Data Analytics certification is a plus
8-12+ years of experience in related field
4+ years of leadership/management experience of a similar technical
