• Provide leadership/direction to a team of Event Managers to ensure successful delivery of programs.

• Monitor program execution for compliance with attendee eligibility, meal limits, transfers of value, speaker engagements, and reporting requirements.
• Serve as a resource for Event Managers regarding industry regulations and client-specific compliance expectations.
• Escalate potential compliance concerns and work proactively with stakeholders to identify solutions.

• Effectively communicate with team members and supplier partners to ensure accurate and timely proposal development of travel projects.
