Financial Planning and Analysis

• The scope of Business Unit Finance within OPGS covers the end to end delivery of transactional finance and month end closing activities;
• Strategic finance leadership and business performance accountability with the respective Business Units and Division Finance organizations;
• Steer and continuously develop Business Unit Finance in alignment with GBS and Group Finance strategy;
• Hold full accountability for the performance, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of the BU Finance organization;
• Establish, maintain, and enhance robust financial governance, policies, processes, and the Internal Control System (ICS);
• Ensure reliable, efficient, and scalable end‑to‑end finance service delivery across accounting, controlling, reporting, and related finance processes;
• Drive the end-to-end transformation of BU Finance through standardization, simplification, and automation of processes;
• Act as Integration Manager for BU Finance for new companies joining the Group;
• Provide organizational leadership and operational oversight for the Finance Center of Excellence;
• Hold accountability for the governance, quality, and operational performance of Finance Master Data and Reporting services within BU Finance;
• Act as a key finance partner to senior management, Business Units, and OPGS leadership; manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Customer Support

• Handle and follow-up orders from order creation to invoicing to meet customer needs;
• Assist Borealis General Sales Manager in sales planning and process by collating data;
• Handle and follow up export documents to assure timely customs clearance;
• Keep customer file updated with latest commercial information;
• Handle complaints and customer requests, providing information, appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits;
• Ensure registration and customer communication according to standards;
• Process and maintain complex customer-related master data including contracts;
• Process and track various customer requests and contracts fulfillments;
• Place, cancel, or adjust orders;
• Pro-actively follow-up order income;
• Handle high volume requests coming via email, phone, portal, etc.
