About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned positions
- Review recruitment requests, publish and maintain job advertisements
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Source candidates through internal and external recruitment channels
- Screen applications and conduct interviews
- Organize and support assessment centers and evaluation activities

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Psychology, Business Administration
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in Talent Acquisition and managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Proficiency in recruitment platforms (e.g., Success Factors)
- Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels (including LinkedIn)
- Strong communication skills
- Time management and attention to details
- Adaptability to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Advanced English language skills
