Senior Talent Management Support
OMVSenior Expert in Talent Management supporting performance management processes and HR systems at OMV Group, Romania. Collaborating with senior management and providing guidance in an international environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensures the preparation, coordination, and execution of the annual Performance Management cycle at Group level in line with internal policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
- Contributes to the development and continuous improvement of policies, frameworks, procedures, and tools, ensuring alignment across entities and consistent application of Performance Management practices.
- Acts as subject matter expert for performance management topics and provides guidance in complex cases.
- Provides expert input and advisory support to senior management on Performance Management topics, including process enhancements and best practices.
- Supports the development of training materials and delivers training sessions to relevant stakeholder groups (e.g., managers, P&C community).
- Prepares performance results for compensation and bonus processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
- Supports the implementation and maintenance of control measures, audit requirements, and risk mitigation activities related to Performance Management.
- Ensures effective administration and continuous improvement of the MySuccessFactors Performance & Goals module.
- Contributes to system enhancements, workflows, templates, and process optimizations in collaboration with the MySF Delivery Center and relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinates system testing and validation activities prior to each Performance Management cycle.
- Collaborates with P&C Business Partners, local HR, Reward, IT, Payroll, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth and consistent execution of processes across the organization.
- Provides guidance and support to junior team members on specific topics and activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree: Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, etc.
- Relevant professional experience: more than 7 years.
- Relevant experience in HR, preferably within Performance Management, Talent Management, or HR Systems.
- Hands-on experience with MySuccessFactors suite with a strong focus on Performance Management or similar HR systems; exposure to integrated HR modules is a strong advantage.
- Experience working in an international and cross-cultural environment, ideally within a global organization.
- Proven involvement in the execution and improvement of Performance Management processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Good stakeholder management and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Very strong MS Office skills.
- Fluency in English.
