Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Residential and Commercial PAMs and a Commercial Invoicing Specialist.
Establish consistent partner engagement strategies to strengthen network performance and satisfaction.
Monitor partner health metrics, SLAs, and performance trends to drive accountability.
Provide clear operational direction and support for scaling both residential and commercial programs.
Build, manage, and optimize Salesforce dashboards and reports to track team performance and partner KPIs.
Use data insights to identify trends, surface risks, and recommend strategic improvements.
Partner with Procurement and Director of Field Operations to ensure invoicing accuracy and timely issue resolution.
Define workflows and reporting cadences to improve visibility and decision-making.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance partner lifecycle management.
Provide leadership input on partner capacity planning, strategic sourcing, and coverage expansion.
Represent PAM initiatives in leadership meetings, aligning team goals with company objectives.
Support organizational readiness for scaling operations and evolving partner programs.
Requirements
4+ years in partner management, account management, or operations roles.
2+ years of people management experience.
Proven Salesforce reporting and dashboard-building skills (required).
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
A strong people leader who inspires and develops high-performing teams.
Skilled in Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation to drive operational visibility.
Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
Experienced in both residential and commercial solar markets.
A clear communicator and effective collaborator across departments.
