About the role

  • Serve as the creative engine: concept, design, write, and execute creative work across retail, digital, and hospitality touchpoints.
  • Support marketing and trade teams with content and design needs (signage, social content, menus, mockups).
  • Write and edit copy for POS, product pages, press releases, email, and other consumer-facing communications.
  • Own web and digital updates; manage channels not supported by partner agency (Google, Yelp, LinkedIn); liaise with partner agency for social media campaign execution (owned and organic, Meta, TikTok).
  • Monitor and report KPIs across web, social, email, and eCommerce; share insights monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Align on-site and off-site messaging across retail, wine club, tasting room, and digital; support signage and promotional materials.
  • Interface with digital and creative partners/vendors to keep projects aligned with brand strategy.
  • Support hospitality and DTC communications and collaborate across teams to meet stakeholder needs.
  • Work on-site in Bloomington, IN one week per month and remotely for the remaining three weeks; travel for meetings or vendor visits as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3–5 years of marketing experience with a focus in digital content, design, or brand execution.
  • Strong design skills; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite required.
  • Proven writing and editing chops across formats and channels (POS, product pages, press releases, email, etc.).
  • Comfortable managing digital platforms and channels (web updates, Google, Yelp, LinkedIn) and serving as liaison to partner agency for social media (Meta, TikTok).
  • Experience building and executing complex marketing programs, reporting on results, and analyzing data/applying findings to strategic initiatives.
  • Highly organized and collaborative with a "get-it-done" mentality.
  • Experience in wine, food/bev, CPG, or hospitality is a plus.
  • Must be over 21 years of age.
  • Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends and travel as required.
  • Ability to perform long periods of computer-based work and occasional light lifting of supplies and materials.
