Vice President

• Establish and lead the enterprise strategy for Alternative Channels and Distributor Management, aligning long-range growth priorities with OLIPOP’s broader commercial and brand strategy.

Vice President, Emerging Channels

People Operations

• Oversee core People Operations including payroll, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle events.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining strong operational controls.
• Lead key audits (401k, payroll, benefits, compliance) and maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
• Own and maintain the employee handbook, policies, and People Operations documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clarity as the company evolves.
• Lead the implementation, optimization, and ongoing evolution of HRIS (ADP).
• Design and implement scalable, repeatable People Operations workflows that move the function from ad-hoc execution to durable, system-driven operations.

Senior Manager, People Operations

Paralegal

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements, marketing and sponsorship agreements, licensing agreements, and amendments.
• Oversee full contract lifecycle from intake through execution, renewal, and termination.
• Develop and maintain contract templates and negotiation playbooks.
• Serve as a liaison for internal stakeholders regarding contract requirements, status, and timelines.
• Drive improvements in contract intake, tracking, and documentation processes.
• Review advertising, promotional, social media materials for legal and regulatory compliance.
• Advise marketing team on claims substantiation, mandatory disclosures, promotional campaigns, and influencer partnership agreements.

Program Manager

• Design, coordinate, and maintain comprehensive programs from scoping through delivery that drive operational improvements aligning them with strategic business goals.
• Sales enablement optimization: Support in managing and optimizing commercial team intranet site and implementation of a CRM system.
• Maintain and enhance sales operations playbooks, spec sheet, and sales trackers.
• Manage creative brief process with marketing for all sell sheets.
• Maintain all innovation and new packaging project timelines in Asana and ensure timely completion of all tasks within the commercial operations team.
• Coordinate new item samples with supply chain and third parties.
• Communicate customer deadlines to ensure on time and successful launch execution.
• Design and lead SharePoint-enabled workflows that streamline how teams access, share, and communicate critical customer and internal resources across functions.

• Translate functional strategies into People approaches that enhance organizational effectiveness and long-term capability.
• Operate as an embedded People partner within assigned functions; building deep understanding of business goals, organizational structure, decision rights, and how work gets done.
• Analyze trends across teams to identify systemic issues and design function-wide solutions that address root causes.
• Apply deep knowledge of OLIPOP’s strategy and broader industry context to anticipate talent risks and organizational needs.
• Act as connective tissue across leaders and teams, bringing greater alignment, clarity, and integration through your work.
• Coach senior leaders through complex org design decisions, performance escalations, structural changes, and compensation-related issues.
• Support leaders in understanding what “great” looks like for their teams; clarifying expectations, ownership, and accountability.
