People Operations

• Translate functional strategies into People approaches that enhance organizational effectiveness and long-term capability.
• Operate as an embedded People partner within assigned functions; building deep understanding of business goals, organizational structure, decision rights, and how work gets done.
• Analyze trends across teams to identify systemic issues and design function-wide solutions that address root causes.
• Apply deep knowledge of OLIPOP’s strategy and broader industry context to anticipate talent risks and organizational needs.

• Lead large, high-priority People programs (e.g., performance management evolution, career frameworks, engagement strategy) that span multiple functions.
• Own and drive execution in core areas of subject-matter expertise, while partnering closely with People leadership on broader enterprise initiatives and organizational evolution.
• Partner cross-functionally on initiatives requiring coordinated execution, such as workforce planning, restructuring, and culture initiatives.

Senior People Business Partner

Sales

• Develop and maintain execution tracking frameworks, KPIs, scorecards, and dashboards for Field Sales and third-party partners
• Produce recurring and ad hoc performance reports, highlighting opportunities, risks, and gaps across retailers, distributors, and territories
• Report on third-party merchandising and distributor execution, identifying trends and gaps to inform corrective actions
• Monitor and support internal/external incentive programs with accurate reporting
• Maintain Area Sales Manager’s mapping, tiering, and routing files to support optimized territory design and execution
• Partner with Field Sales, Sales Operations, Data teams, and vendors to ensure data accuracy

Sales Analyst

Ecommerce

• Own and develop a content project management system for content deployment (creation, implementation, syndication, and analytics) across retailer.com and marketplaces
• Responsible for managing content syndication internal and external PIMs and DAMS. Co-own syndicator vendor relationship with Olipop Sales Operation team.
• Direct digital shelf ownership of 5 key accounts (Amazon, Instacart, Walmart, Target, Kroger) and oversee the syndication of the rest across Content, Search, and Rating and Reviews.
• Manages weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting cadences for various internal and external stakeholders of content performance, digital shelf KPIs, SEO and tactical execution.
• Work cross functional with Sales, Commercial and Marketing teams to help provide strategy/best-practices on distributor media & other marketing activations
• Identify new content opportunities, tech or data partners that can help Olipop grow our digital shelf presence and drive sales

ECommerce Manager, Digital Shelf

• Represent OLIPOP in the SoPac region and manage retail performance in CA, NV, AZ, and HI
• Prioritize time to focus on the highest impact areas
• Work with and inspire distributor partners, third-party sales resources, retailers, and internal sales team
• Explore and drive new opportunities while building on current sales velocities
• Work closely with the Director of Sales – West to develop, sell, and promote the brand
• Manage and lead field sales team in the SoPac Market
• Lead, mentor and develop field sales team to meet KPIs
• Navigate task conflict and provide feedback to the team as needed
• Set monthly priorities and goals for the team
• Set and build out field strategy for the SoPac Market
