• Represent OLIPOP in the SoPac region and manage retail performance in CA, NV, AZ, and HI

Regional Sales Manager – West

Systems Engineer

• Maintain OLIPOP Quality document control systems
• Assist Supply Chain team members in the creation and proper formatting of documents.
• Organize and archive documents as necessary.
• Review all SOPs for completeness and accuracy with stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Administer and continuously improve OLIPOP’s quality and food safety management systems.
• At the direction of the Sr. Quality Manager develop, review, update, and implement all quality and food safety policies to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives backed by identifying trends, risks, and KPIs.
• Track, trend, and report QMS metrics and KPIs
• Support system validation and verification activities.
• Perform trace exercises to support Quality Specialists with copacker investigations.
• Collect, analyze, and trend quality data provided by contract manufacturing partners including production data, consumer complaints, CAPAs, and nonconformances.
• Prepare clear, data driven reports and presentations for leadership and cross functional teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve data integrity, reporting efficiency, and system automation.

Quality Systems Analyst

Manager

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing ownership of OLIPOP’s Trade Promotion Management (TPM) platform (Anaplan)
• Establish and govern promo workflows, approval processes, and system standards
• Own trade accrual logic, checkbook maintenance, and actuals vs. plan visibility in partnership with Finance
• Serve as the single source of truth for promo planning, trade investment, and promotional execution data
• Govern the promotional calendar and ensure consistency across channels and customers
• Build clean, repeatable planning processes and disciplined promo governance
• Lead post-event promotion analysis, including lift, ROI, efficiency, and incrementality, using TPM data and syndicated sources (e.g., Numerator, Promo Intel, Promo Insights)
• Synthesize TPM actuals with promotional performance data to identify what’s working, what’s not, and where to optimize
• Translate post-event learnings into clear, actionable recommendations for future promo planning and trade investment
• Establish repeatable post-event review standards, templates, and scorecards
• Focus on insight and recommendation, not just reporting
• Act as a thought partner to the Director of RGM by providing clear analysis and recommendations on promotional effectiveness, optimization opportunities, and trade investment trade-offs
• Partner with Sales to support disciplined promo planning and execution
• Collaborate with Finance on trade investment guardrails, accruals, and forecasting
• Work with Commercial Planning and Category teams to align promo plans with pricing and brand strategy
• Support TPM training and adoption across Commercial teams

Trade Promotion Manager

• Develop, maintain, and enhance system integrations using Celigo (Integrator.io), including flows, mappings, and error handling
• Build and support custom APIs and data integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems (e.g., 3PLs, WMS, EDI platforms, finance and SaaS tools)
• Write, maintain and/or refactor SuiteScript to support NetSuite integrations, automation, and customizations
• Provide support for daily NetSuite activities, including issue investigation, troubleshooting, and user support related to integrations and custom functionality
• Support the development and customization of NetSuite to best support business processes and operational needs
• Partner closely with the Sr Integration Engineer to design scalable, reliable integration patterns
• Monitor integrations, troubleshoot failures, and perform root cause analysis
• Assist with testing, documentation, and deployment of integration enhancements and NetSuite changes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, IT) to understand business requirements and data flows

• Manage partnerships with internal OLIPOP sales team, distributor partners, natural food brokers and 3rd party merchandisers.
• Execute a monthly volume and distribution plan to achieve overall objectives in the market.
• Translate national business strategy into clear and regionally, locally (or channel) executable plans and focus resources accordingly within the territory.
• Eagerness and willingness to get your hands dirty in the field - hit accounts, build relationships at store level and get OLIPOP prime placements within retail sets.
• Build annual purchase and spend forecasts; execute and evaluate on a monthly basis.
• Analyze monthly depletion reports, pinpoint opportunities for underperforming distributors, accounts and routes.
• Ensure all sales efforts are in compliance with state laws.
• Maintain accurate records regarding distributor profiles, retail and on-premise distribution, and competitive activity and pricing.
• Market analysis to track brand’s performance and inform sales / marketing decisions.
• Build innovative presentations for total business and distribution partners designed to initiate an action-oriented response.
• Monitor competitor activity within the region and provide constructive feedback on areas to improve.
