Financial Planning and Analysis

• OLIPOP is seeking a strategic, commercially minded, and highly operational Vice President of FP&A to lead enterprise financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision support through the company’s next stage of scale.
• As Vice President, FP&A, you will serve as a senior finance leader and trusted partner to the CFO, executive leadership team, and cross-functional business leaders.
• You will own the company’s long-range planning process, enterprise financial model, forecasting operating rhythm, board and executive reporting, and strategic financial analysis that informs critical investment, growth, and profitability decisions
• This role requires a leader who can translate company strategy into financial priorities, build scalable FP&A capabilities, influence senior stakeholders through data-backed recommendations, and create the systems, routines, and team structure needed to support a high-growth CPG business.
• You will be expected to balance strategic vision with operational discipline, bringing strong judgment, executive presence, and a clear point of view to ambiguous and high-impact business decisions.

Vice President, FP&A

Marketing

• Collaborate with broader shopper marketing team to support execution of Shopper Marketing initiatives across a variety of retailers and channels, including Mass, Grocery, and Emerging Channels
• Execute omnichannel shopper activations to generate awareness, trial and loyalty, including digital coupon and rewards programs, retailer marketing, content management, and more
• Coordinate asset trafficking, releases, and retailer submissions to ensure timely and accurate execution
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while overseeing on-going timelines/workflow and execution of omni shopper marketing campaigns aligned with goals and objectives
• Partner with brokers, distributors, vendors and agencies to ensure execution quality at retail
• Partner with Sales to align shopper programming with key customer growth priorities
• Maintain and update marketing calendars, trackers, recaps, and key documentation
• Assist with invoicing, budget tracking, and reconciliation of expenses to actuals
• Oversee vendor relationships related to program setup and program execution
• Track and verify program performance, delivering reporting across key activations with trends, gaps, learnings and actionable recommendations
• Build program execution summaries, dashboards, order forms, presentations and/or content as needed
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, in support of team and business objectives

Senior Shopper Marketing Specialist

Shopper

• Support execution of national shopper marketing programs and tentpole initiatives, including, but not limited to, coordinating timelines, materials, and deliverables
• Prepare POS materials and resources (such as catalogs) for sales teams to execute in-store programs, including dealer loaders
• Track key milestones and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget guidelines
• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to support testing, production, and delivery of in-store marketing materials
• Drive the quoting process, tracking orders, and maintain communication between external partners and internal teams
• Understand and own the relationships with fulfillment partners and warehouses to ensure timely distribution, including new item set ups and stepping in on order or shipping challenges
• Manage POS inventory within internal ordering systems, ensuring materials are available, tracked, and accurately distributed
• Maintain and update asset libraries, ensuring stakeholders have access to current & updated materials.
• Support inventory tracking, reporting, and pacing updates
• Maintain reporting on POS usage, inventory levels, and program execution, including post-mortem analysis after each tentpole or campaign
• Analyze data & processes to identify trends, gaps, or opportunities for improvement or optimization
• Create and maintain tools such as order forms, trackers, and dashboards
• Support ongoing improvements to workflows and systems to ensure optimization and minimal disruption to field-level execution

Senior Shopper Activation Specialist

Merchandiser

• Execute daily merchandising across assigned accounts following Look of Success standards.
• Drive distribution, shelf standards, and Key Account mandate compliance.
• Ensure product is fully stocked, rotated, and placed correctly.
• Build and maintain mandated and incremental displays.
• Complete up to 15 store visits per day, beginning at 8 am local time and ending day at 5 pm.
• Leverage routing goals for the day to visit specific stores, while beginning to review account priorities to support additional stores.
• Accurately document execution and reporting in CRM tool.
• Maintain OLIPOP assets and communicate store-level opportunities to Sales leadership. Share account updates and in-store execution with field sales teams using tools like Slack, CRM.

Analyst

• Leverage syndicated data platforms (e.g., SPINS, Nielsen) to generate insights and recommendations that inform Sales, Category Management, and cross-functional strategy.
• Support Category Management on weekly/monthly data needs.
• Partner with Category Management leadership to lead recurring category analysis and proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner in sales forecasting by analyzing historical performance, identifying growth drivers, and surfacing implications for future distribution opportunities.
• Lead data analysis for key sales initiatives, including retailer performance analysis and various ad-hoc analyses (sku assortment, promotion, voids, new item launches).
• Independently evaluate and validate business opportunities through rigorous analysis, clearly articulating the ‘so what’ and recommended next steps.
• Conduct analysis and insights that prove or disprove opportunities.
• Serve as a consultative partner to cross-functional teams by clarifying business questions, shaping analytical approaches, and prioritizing work based on business impact.
• Autonomously manage concurrent projects and requests of varying importance, urgency, and impact with the ability to adjust priorities based on opportunities/needs.

Category Analyst

People Operations

• Processing bi-monthly payroll with accuracy—from data changes through reporting and pay-change audits—ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
• Performing various new hire onboarding and offboarding tasks to ensure a consistent, high quality experience that exceeds employee expectations, suggesting improvements to automate where practical and ensuring compliance with the respective laws of each state in which we operate.
• Partnering with our benefits broker to administer employee benefits, including answering employee questions and supporting annual enrollment.
• Managing our current HRIS, ADP, ensuring 100% accurate data at all times, running routine and ad-hoc reports, and quickly learning the ins and outs of the system to understand what customization is available based on changing organizational needs.
• Handling the administrative side of the HRIS transition and implementation projects—data entry and migration, testing, documentation, and coordination—as the team adopts new systems.
• Working with our leave management vendor to support employee leaves of absence, understanding the basics of leave management and being comfortable explaining our company leave policies and practices, following up with employees to request required forms, and documenting leaves in our HRIS.
• Administering worker's compensation programs, reporting claims, and liaising with employees, managers, and claims adjusters to ensure employees are taken care of and claims move through the process in a timely manner.
• Supporting the performance review cycle in our performance management software by setting up the cycle, keeping track of important dates, and moving the cycle through its various stages.
• Maintaining multi-state compliance by keeping accurate records, helping prepare and submit required filings and registrations, and staying current on the regulations that affect our team.
• Documenting, maintaining, and evolving HR policies that support the business, partnering with People Team leadership to keep them clear, compliant, and up to date.

People Operations Generalist

Compliance

• Prepare, review, and approve Regulatory Label Copies (RLCs) for products labels, including primary, secondary packaging and multipack configurations
• Provide regulatory support for product development projects, packaging updates, innovation projects, and commercialization activities while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Maintain accuracy of product, ingredient, and labeling data within internal regulatory systems (e.g., FoodLogiq, SKUSafe, GURU), including routine audits and data updates.
• Manage and maintain third-party technical certification programs (e.g., Non-GMO, Gluten-Free, Prebiotic), including coordination with certifying bodies, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Review supplier regulatory documentation and support the Supplier Approval Program by identifying potential compliance risks and providing regulatory approvals.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve regulatory tools, workflows, SOPs, and documentation processes to support team scalability and operational efficiency.

• The Senior Manager, Procurement plays a critical role on the Supply Chain team, responsible for defining and driving procurement strategy across ingredients and raw materials to support both core business operations and innovation initiatives.
• This role owns end-to-end sourcing, supplier management, and procurement processes—ensuring supply continuity, cost optimization, and alignment with company growth objectives.
• This leader partners cross-functionally with R&D, Quality/Regulatory, Materials Planning, Finance, Sustainability, and Legal to shape sourcing strategies, assess tradeoffs, and deliver data-driven recommendations that inform key business decisions.
• The Senior Manager operates with a high degree of autonomy and accountability, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution while proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities across a dynamic supply environment.

Manager

• Develop and manage accurate sales, production, and operational targets based on historical data, market trends, and business forecasts.
• Maintaining accurate promotional planning and spending information across our planning tools. Ensure contracts/submissions are up to date and tracked effectively. Support with post Promotional Analysis to ensure the strongest ROI on trade strategy.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure alignment on targets, timelines, strategies, and resource allocation.
