• Support Oklo’s communications, media, and events efforts
• Coordinate logistics for events, including scheduling, vendor management, travel, materials, and on-site execution
• Support development of run-of-shows, briefing documents, and event planning materials
• Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple events and initiatives
• Manage calendars, meeting coordination, notes, and follow-ups to keep projects moving
• Ensure strong organization and visibility across all active workstreams

Communications & Events Associate

Engineer

• Own the development of conceptual site layouts, grading and drainage approaches, utility routing concepts, and preliminary civil works packages
• Work cross-functionally with energy strategy, environmental, construction, operations, and project deployment teams
• Develop conceptual and preliminary site layouts for advanced reactor facilities and supporting infrastructure
• Design and develop industrial site layouts that integrate sustainability principles
• Generate early-stage civil works plans including grading, drainage, access roads, stormwater systems, underground utilities
• Support site feasibility studies, constructability evaluations, and site selection efforts
• Prepare estimates on overburden and spoils generated and cost estimates for civil and site development scopes
• Coordinate with environmental, geotechnical, structural, mechanical, electrical, and construction teams
• Support permitting and environmental review activities
• Interface with external engineering firms, EPC partners, surveyors, and geotechnical consultants

Manager

• Build and maintain detailed financial models for target companies and transaction scenarios.
• Conduct valuation analyses using DCF, precedent transactions, and comparable company multiples.
• Lead and support cross-functional due diligence processes.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including legal, finance, product, and business teams.
• Assist in deal structuring, negotiations, and integration planning.

Corporate Development Manager

Electrical Engineer

• Own the design, development, integration, and validation of electrical systems supporting a nuclear fuel recycling facility
• Lead the design and implementation of facility electrical systems from concept through commissioning
• Design and specify high-, medium-, and low-voltage power distribution systems
• Define system architecture, including redundancy, backup power, and safety strategies
• Perform and review power system studies (load flow, short-circuit, coordination)
• Generate and review electrical documentation (single-line diagrams, load lists, specifications, cable schedules)

Full-stack Engineer

• Evaluate, onboard, integrate, and manage engineering tools and platforms.
• Lead intake and evaluation efforts for new engineering tools and vendor solutions.
• Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and translate them into clear evaluation criteria.
• Conduct technical research, facilitate demos, compare solutions, and document tradeoffs.
• Serve as a primary coordination point with vendors during onboarding and implementation phases.
• Drive timelines, action tracking, and cross-functional communication across multiple initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering Infrastructure, IT, and internal customers for systems integration.
• Identify interoperability gaps and track implementation progress for successful rollout.

Technical Product Engineer

• Own and implement Oklo’s materials selection and governance process, ensuring fast, safe, and standardized decision-making across reactor systems
• Contribute to and help evolve Oklo’s preferred materials database and related tools, ensuring material knowledge is captured, structured, and accessible over time
• Serve as a technical authority for material selection by:
• Developing and communicating recommendations for new material use
• Reviewing deviations from preferred materials and advising on risks and tradeoffs
• Guiding teams toward proven, scalable, and defensible solutions
• Evaluate new materials using structured engineering approaches, including:
• Assessing behavior under relevant operating conditions
• Identifying key degradation mechanisms and associated risks
• Leveraging available data and engineering judgment to inform recommendations
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support design decisions and ensure alignment with engineering, safety, and regulatory considerations
• Support regulatory and licensing efforts by ensuring material selections are technically justified and defensible
• Identify material knowledge gaps and inform testing or analysis needs
