Supply Chain

• The Manager, Supply Chain Systems Transformation is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the systems, processes, analytics, and operational infrastructure that enable Oklo’s supply chain organization to scale from development activities to fleet deployment.
• This role serves as the business owner for supply chain enterprise systems, including Procurement Orchestration, Procure-to-Pay, Supplier Management, Inventory Management, MES, QMS, and future ERP platforms.
• Working closely with implementation partners, software vendors, IT, and operational stakeholders to ensure these systems deliver measurable business value.
• Operate as a business process architect and internal product manager, translating operational requirements into scalable workflows, system configurations, reporting capabilities, and analytics.
• Own the supply chain performance measurement framework, including development of dashboards, KPIs, reporting, and analytics for visibility into procurement effectiveness, operational readiness, inventory health, supplier performance, and overall supply chain execution.

Manager, Supply Chain Systems Transformation

Procurement

• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer commercial agreements, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Task Orders, Purchase Orders, consulting agreements, construction agreements, and engineering services contracts
• Support commercial negotiations related to pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, liability provisions, insurance requirements, and risk allocation
• Coordinate contract review and approval processes with Legal, Engineering, Finance, Quality, Program Management, and executive stakeholders
• Maintain contract records, amendments, renewals, deliverables, and closeout documentation
• Support development and continuous improvement of contracting processes, templates, and workflows
• Ensure procurement and contracting activities comply with internal procedures, quality requirements, export control regulations, and contractual obligations
• Track supplier documentation, certifications, quality records, and contractual requirements

Contracts & Procurement Specialist

Engineer

• Process Engineers at Oklo are responsible for the design, engineering analyses, systems engineering, specifications development, and operations of the fluids and power process systems used in Oklo’s power plants.
• Design fluid and process systems including: piping, valves, compressors, pumps, and heat exchangers
• Define process equipment architecture, specifications, operational modes, and performance criteria
• Design, assemble, and operate prototypes to use for iterative design refinement
• Generate documentation guiding the system layout, fabrication, installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of process equipment
• Serve as process system owner through multiple lifecycle stages
• Generate technical documentation to be included in regulatory filings
• Work with external vendors on process equipment analysis, procurement, and testing
• Document work using modern tools and techniques, and compose well-written, thoughtful technical reports

Process Engineer

General

• Tracking and reporting of capital and revenue projects
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, incorporating work breakdown structures (WBS) and Gantt charts to monitor progress effectively
• Coordinate with project managers to update project milestones and deliverables
• Provide regular reports to leadership, highlighting project status, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication among project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align objectives and expectations

• Assist with preparing and reviewing our SEC filings and related disclosure materials, including our annual and quarterly reports, proxy statement, Section 16 and Section 13 reporting matters, and other public company reporting obligations
• Support M&A and capital markets transactions, including diligence, document reviews, and deal timeline execution (i.e., drive deals forward!)
