Events

• Own and manage Okendo's events calendar across all formats: happy hours, small dinners, experiential activations, trade shows, hosted meetings, and webinars
• Manage end-to-end logistics for each event including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, budget tracking, invitations, registration, on-site execution, and post-event lead import into HubSpot
• Lead Okendo's webinar programs including the Loyalty with Okendo series, from speaker coordination and Zoom setup through to landing page builds in WordPress, promotional emails, social copy, and post-event recording upload and social clips
• Build and execute pre- and post-event marketing campaigns across email and social to maximize attendance and follow-up conversion
• Coordinate post-event follow-up using automated email sequences in HubSpot, working with Sales to ensure timely outreach segmented by small and mid-sized business and enterprise contacts
• Track campaign attribution for every event using unique tracking links (UTMs), and maintain accurate reporting in HubSpot and Domo on sales-qualified leads generated, pipeline influenced, and revenue closed
• Present event performance at the monthly demand roundtable, including breakdowns by event type, cost per sales-qualified lead, and pipeline influenced
• Manage co-marketing relationships with Shopify ecosystem partners including co-webinars, co-sponsored events, joint newsletter inclusions, and shared Slack channels
• Support the bi-annual agency partner re-tiering process in collaboration with the Partnerships team
• Partner with enterprise account executives and customer success managers in a monthly events check-in to align on invite strategy, target accounts, and follow-up ownership
• Collaborate with Creative via Asana to brief and deliver event assets on time, including invitations, landing pages, slide decks, and social graphics
• Work with Revenue Operations to set up HubSpot forms, Slack notifications, and Zoom webinar infrastructure for each event

Events – Partner Marketing Manager

Account Executive

• Manage the full sales cycle for mid-market and commercial prospects across the APAC region
• Run outbound prospecting campaigns, convert inbound leads into demos, and apply Okendo's Value Selling methodology
• Build and close a pipeline of qualified deals — becoming a product expert and a trusted advisor to eCommerce brands throughout the region
• Proactively generate new opportunities through outbound prospecting, event attendance, partner referrals, and industry networking
• Attend industry events and conferences across the APAC region; represent Okendo in a consultative, brand-appropriate manner
• Lead contract and commercial negotiations with prospective customers, ensuring favorable terms while focusing on long-term partnerships
• Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene in HubSpot
• Work closely with marketing, customer success, and onboarding teams to ensure seamless handoffs and a best-in-class customer experience

• You will conduct continuous product discovery to identify customer problems and turn those insights into a long term product strategy that you will execute on to build products that delight customers
• You'll define success metrics for your product area, and drive alignment for all product efforts to those measures
• You'll lean on your leadership skills to navigate ambiguous green field product opportunities by applying data analysis, critical thinking and creativity to craft a product vision
• You will work with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Support and Content teams to create compelling product offerings.

• Lead the expansion of Okendo's partner network across APAC by identifying, engaging, signing, and onboarding new agency partners into the Okendo Partner Program.
• Drive referral volume and sourced MRR from your partner portfolio by:
• Building genuine relationships with key stakeholders inside partner organizations — partner managers, sales, account managers, and leadership.
• Educating partners on Okendo's value propositions and differentiators across the full platform (Reviews, Loyalty, Quizzes, Referrals, Surveys).
• Understanding partner goals, projects, and processes, and matching them to Okendo's capabilities.
• Partnering with internal teams (Sales, CS, Marketing, Product) to ensure the success of shared clients and the satisfaction of agency partners.
• Creating opportunities to deliver value to partners — referrals, introductions, co-marketing, and knowledge sharing.
• Move partners up the program tiers (Certified → Gold → Platinum) by helping them build a healthy, growing book of Okendo MRR.
• Represent Okendo at industry, partner, and client-facing events — presenting on industry topics, sharing partner success stories, and demoing the platform.
• Identify and execute co-marketing opportunities with partners that grow awareness and generate new sales pipeline, in collaboration with Okendo's Marketing team.
• Operate within Okendo's OKR framework and provide regular updates to the Executive and Management teams.
