• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and team members on people matters, grounded in Ofload’s culture, policies, and Australian employment law
• Coach leaders to build high-performing, diverse and inclusive teams
• Support leaders through performance conversations, team challenges, and day-to-day people decisions
• Keep leaders close to what’s happening in their teams — both the wins and the risks**
• Work with leaders on organisational design, workforce planning, and role clarity
• Support team effectiveness and help set teams up to scale well**
• Build trust across the business and handle employee concerns with care and follow-through
• Partner with teams on engagement initiatives and help lift overall employee experience**
• Own the quality and accuracy of people data for your business area
• Track and interpret trends across attrition, engagement, and exit feedback to spot issues early and guide action**
• Drive and deliver key people initiatives and projects across your groups
• Facilitate workshops to educate leaders and gather insights from teams**
• Stay across market trends and bring practical ideas to improve how we operate
• Look for ways to simplify, improve, and scale our people practices

• Manage end-to-end freight fulfilment with carriers
• Own key shipper accounts and set the bar for service
• Hold the team accountable for DIFOT and margin targets
• Adhere to CoR / HVNL requirements
• Make real-time load allocation decisions balancing service, cost, and capacity
• Lead and coach your team of Transport Allocators
• Balance workloads and provide support under pressure
• Promote a growth mindset and keep raising the bar
• Manage escalations and drive fast, decisive resolutions
• Foster cross-account coverage and team resilience
• Drive commercial awareness — manage cost and pricing decisions
• Champion our internal platform (EOS/TMS) and train the team
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements
• Remove low-value work to unlock team capacity
• Support carriers in adopting Ofload’s tools and platform
