Analyst

• Work with the Compensation and Recognition Manager to design and develop the annual pay and bonus review model recommendations
• Participate in the development and design of new programmes/policies to meet business objectives
• Act as reward business partner, providing guidance and recommending the best course of action to the People Business Partners (PBPs) and wider People and Culture team
• Create and maintain close relationships with Payroll, Finance, People Operations, Workday and other relevant teams to ensure Reward information is accurate and relevant
• Coordinate Ofcom’s participation into salary surveys and ensure they are completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Research and gather internal and external salary data providing salary benchmarks and package recommendations
• Manage the job levelling process including job evaluation, communication and maintenance of outcomes
• Play a key role in the conduction of the Equal Pay Audit and Pay Gap reporting
• Provide day-to-day support for all employee Compensation & Recognition matters
• Provide ongoing support to all the recognition activities
• Develop and help with the preparation of internal communications and materials required to support compensation projects and processes
• Contribute to internal governance papers, including Ofcom’s People Committee
• Ensure that Ofcom’s HRIS (Workday) is up to date with relevant data such as job profiles, salaries and bonuses
