  • Ability to build and maintain constructive and productive working relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Ability to engage with external stakeholders in a fair and professional way
  • Ability to lead and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to support colleagues to deliver work and develop their careers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong written communication and drafting skills
  • Confidence communicating arguments in person
  • Experience analysing different types of evidence, identifying key issues, and translating findings into comprehensive, well-reasoned written arguments and recommendations
