Software Engineer

Engineering Manager

• Reporting to Paddy, our Co-CEO, you'll lead and grow a team of ~7 engineers, fostering a high-performing, low-ego culture grounded in accountability, ownership, and technical excellence
• Build psychological safety and trust so everyone feels comfortable raising issues, asking questions, and giving feedback
• Deliver regular, actionable feedback and run fair, evidence-based reviews that set clear expectations for growth and delivery
• Work closely with Product to deliver high-quality releases that customers love, balancing speed, quality, and maintainability
• Own and continuously improve processes across QA, support, and incident response, ensuring reliability and operational excellence
• Hire exceptional engineers, define the bar, and coach others to interview and assess effectively
• Guide architectural decisions, coding standards, and security practices; stay technically credible and hands-on when needed
• Align engineering priorities with company goals, communicating progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly across teams

• Own interview scheduling across all roles. You will set up interviews via Google Calendar and our ATS, and ensure a seamless, well-communicated candidate journey.
• Support sourcing for hard-to-fill or business-critical roles. You will use outbound outreach, referrals, and creative tactics to attract high-quality candidates.
• Build talent pipelines and map the market for key roles. This ensures we are always ahead of future hiring needs.
• Support onboarding to create a smooth, well-organised experience from offer to first day. This includes IT setup, equipment, and coordination across teams.
• Maintain and update our HRIS (Deel), ensuring employee data, policies, and workflows are accurate, efficient, and easy to use.
• Help organise offsites, team events, and socials that bring people together and reflect Odin’s culture and values.
• Track benefits and learning and development usage, making sure employees know what is available and engagement is reviewed regularly.
• Manage company swag, equipment, and perks, ensuring employees feel valued and supported with the tools they need.

Graduate People & Talent Associate

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Overseeing the compliant flow of funds through the platform - from initial investor payments through to dividends and exits - across every investment vehicle administered by Odin. You’ll be accountable for accuracy, compliance, and confident decision-making even when the data isn't perfect.
• Managing Odin’s internal finances, including month-end close, invoicing, payroll, and quality control over our external bookkeeping partner’s work.
• Ensuring financial data integrity. Every transaction, ownership record, and ledger entry must balance. When something doesn’t, you’ll trace the issue, fix it, and implement systems to prevent it happening again.
• Partnering with product and operations to automate manual workflows, reduce error rates, and build innovative, accurate financial infrastructure as we scale.
• Serving as the senior escalation point for complex operational problems, trusted to make the right call and give guidance to more junior team members when the path isn’t clear, by using your judgement and external counsel where necessary.
• Taking ownership of all or part of one-off, high-value projects, from regulatory license applications to complex new products for our customers, and seeing them through with minimal guidance.
• Coaching junior members of the Operations team, setting high standards and helping them build the judgment needed to operate confidently in more complex situations.

Senior Financial Operations Accountant

Product Designer

• Lead the product design function: Take ownership of the entire design process, from concept to execution, ensuring cohesive design across all product development stages. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, legal, and marketing, to ensure alignment and seamless execution. Work closely with and influence senior stakeholders, always advocating for velocity and impact.
• Develop service-driven, user-centric experiences: Approach design from a systems thinking perspective, focusing on the entire customer journey—on and off-screen—and optimising both functionality and high engagement.
• Shape and influence long-term design strategy: Play a key role in product vision and design strategy, ensuring that all design decisions align with broader business goals. Steer the product roadmap by breaking down large features into manageable iterations, balancing delivery speed with design quality and balancing customer needs with business value.
• Use data-driven insights and user research: Regularly interact with our customers and develop a deep empathy for them. Leverage user feedback, metrics, and usability testing to continuously improve and iterate on design decisions. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies and our competitors.
• Own and scale Odin’s design system: Ensure design consistency across the product, scaling the system as the company grows and embedding it within the real product, not just in Figma.
• Reporting to Mary, one of the Founders: will report to Mary (Co-CEO & Co-Founder) and work with cross-functional teams.
