- Provide operational and administrative support across Investor Relations and Fund Operations
- Ensure governance processes, investor onboarding, fundraising and fund administration run efficiently
- Liaise with investors, fund administrators, and internal teams
- Handle sensitive information and ensure high-quality outputs
Requirements
- Administrative and organisational skills
- Experience in financial services, asset management, investor relations, or fund operations
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management tools
- Experience with fund administrators and investor onboarding/KYC processes is advantageous
