Generate and send loss runs to brokers and clients, detailing their claims history.
Take full ownership of the end-to-end peer review process, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Assist with ongoing data cleansing to maintain data integrity.
Contribute to the binder renewal process, including creating yearly claims authority matrices and documenting binder and desk authorities for claims adjusters.
Manage ad-hoc updates to desk authorities.
Prepare claims commentary and statistics for the Quarterly Underwriting Meeting pack.
Assist with the creation and updating of operational documents, such as processes and procedures.
Help respond to audit requests, including providing copies of claims files.
Work with Learning & Development to publish training materials and ensure proper documentation on CFC Learning.
Keep the vendor listing up to date.
Report to Lyle Edwards.
