Recruitment Consultant – Intern

• 360° recruitment – interface between clients and freelance candidates.
• As a Sales Consultant, you convince prospective and existing clients in the initial contact about OCR and our services.
• In your role as a Recruiter, you source suitable freelancers, present them to your clients, manage the interviews, and remain the central point of contact even after placement.
• You expand the freelance candidate network and build relationships with specialists and executives within companies with the aim of establishing long-term client relationships.
• You monitor market developments and continuously expand your expertise in the Life Sciences sector.

Sales

• Responsible for Business Development, Order Processing, Outbound Logistics, Customer Care and Technical Service
• Define the strategic direction and further develop the overall sales function
• Lead a team of 3 in Business Development
• Maximize revenue and implement marketing strategies
