About the role
- Build and manage your own client projects in the Pharma & MedTech environment.
- Proactively approach and advise specialists and executives (freelancers).
- Manage the entire recruiting process: briefing, interviews, placement.
- Work closely with decision-makers on the client side.
- Perform market and salary analyses within your area of specialization.
Requirements
- Completed degree or solid vocational training.
- Not a perfect CV, but motivation, willingness to learn and the drive to develop professionally and personally.
- Enjoy communication, responsibility and teamwork.
- Willingness to perform and deliver results.
- Self-initiative and proactivity.
- Confident spoken German and English.
- Driver’s license class B.
- Previous experience in sales or recruiting is an advantage but not required.
