About the role
- Design and lead a comprehensive sales strategy focused on increasing enrollment across early childhood education, enrichment classes, and seasonal camps
- Conduct market analysis and needs assessments to inform offerings and drive customer-centric product evolution
- Monitor, analyze, and improve each stage of the customer acquisition funnel to optimize conversions and retention
- Direct a cross-functional field sales team, including Site Directors and Client Experience Coordinators, by creating clear sales processes and performance targets
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to drive consistent execution of sales strategies across all sites
- Cultivate partnerships with residential communities, schools, local businesses, and family-focused organizations to generate leads and drive awareness
- Lead the planning and execution of on-site events, seasonal campaigns, and referral initiatives
- Serve as the internal owner of the organization’s CRM system, ensure data accuracy, produce sales insights, and drive CRM adoption across field teams
- Act as a brand ambassador at community functions and networking events
- Full-time, Monday–Friday with occasional evening/weekend events as needed
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in a related field (or commensurate experience) required
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in a multi-site or service-driven environment required
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing sales strategies that generate measurable growth
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing a CRM platform (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use CRM data for reporting and decision-making
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Physical exam and background checks are required for this position
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, perform constant movement, occasional climbing, and lift up to 50 pounds; sensory abilities include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and adjustment of focus
