• You prepare technically sound, customer-focused proposals for our medium-voltage switchgear — tailored to various international markets.
• In close collaboration with the sales team you respond to customer inquiries, support tender processes and represent Nuventura at international trade shows.
• Analyze customer specifications and technical requirements.
• Prepare technical proposals based on customer inputs and single-line diagrams.
• Develop commercial offers using internal pricing tools and price lists.
• Work with the Area Managers (DACH region) to clarify customer questions and optimize proposals.
• Actively participate in public tenders — including submission of all required documents and datasheets.
• Represent Nuventura at international trade fairs and exhibitions.

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Actively support colleagues in Accounting and Controlling.
• Review and post incoming and outgoing invoices.
• Request missing information from internal stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
• Participate in projects and assist with documenting financial processes.
• Analyze financial data and perform plausibility checks.
• Contribute to automation and optimization initiatives, including the implementation of our ERP system.
• Manage credit card reconciliations, expense reimbursements, per diems, and creditor accounts.
