About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You create technically sound and customer-focused proposals for our medium-voltage switchgear — tailored to various international markets.
In close coordination with the sales team, you respond to customer inquiries, support tender processes, and represent Nuventura at international trade fairs.
Analyze customer specifications and technical requirements.
Prepare technical proposals based on customer inputs and single-line diagrams.
Develop commercial proposals using internal pricing tools and price lists.
Collaborate with Area Managers (DACH) to clarify customer questions and optimize proposals.
Actively participate in public tenders — including submission of all required documents and data sheets.
Represent Nuventura at international industry trade shows and exhibitions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree: Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (Master’s is a plus)
Languages: Fluent in German (C1+) and English (business fluent)
Technical skills: Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of AutoCAD, Gstar, and ERP systems such as SAP or Salesforce (advantageous)
Soft skills: Quick comprehension, logical decision-making under pressure, ability to work independently and take ownership
Ideally: Experience preparing technical proposals, handling tenders, or working in sales within the energy/utility sector.
