About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Actively support colleagues in Accounting and Controlling.
- Review and post incoming and outgoing invoices.
- Request missing information from internal stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
- Participate in projects and assist with documenting financial processes.
- Analyze financial data and perform plausibility checks.
- Contribute to automation and optimization initiatives, including the implementation of our ERP system.
- Manage credit card reconciliations, expense reimbursements, per diems, and creditor accounts.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled at a university in Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Strong affinity for numbers, data, and financial processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Interest in process automation and financial systems.
