About the role
- Manage tracking, reporting, and delivery of professional services packages within eDiscovery and Data Forensics.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Utilize Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence to track project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement effective solutions.
- Implement and maintain systems for real-time tracking of burndown against package hour allotments.
- Coordinate internal and external resources; assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure team members have necessary tools and information.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs); assess and report on project performance and recommend improvements.
- Schedule and lead regular cadence calls with project stakeholders; foster effective communication and collaboration.
- Report to Emily Tice.
Requirements
- Experience in Project Management, eDiscovery, Data Processing, Legal Solutions, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the eDiscovery or data forensics domains.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Preferred: Familiarity with the Nuix family of products.
- Preferred: Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Preferred: Experience in the legal or information technology industries.
- Preferred: Familiarity with eDiscovery tools and processes.
