About the role

  • Oversee and coordinate internal business projects across various teams within DaCodes.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
  • Facilitate effective communication between finance, HR, engineering, marketing, sales, and other relevant teams.
  • Schedule and lead regular project meetings to track progress, address issues, and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address deviations from the plan.
  • Track and report on project performance using appropriate tools and metrics; provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and capture lessons learned.
  • Manage project resources and work with the People and Culture team to address staffing needs or adjustments.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and drive process improvements to enhance project delivery and team productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management and/or consulting, preferably within the technology or software development industry.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and other project management methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to use ChatGPT and other generative Ai tools to increase productivity.
  • Daily use of Google Workspace tools such as Sheets, Docs, Drive, and others.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Fluent English is required.
