Follow up relentlessly to gather missing items from clients and internal team

Be the point of contact in Slack and email for client updates and check-ins
Set expectations, hold timelines, and respond to blockers or issues
Deliver updates via Slack, Loom, or email to keep communication proactive**
Handle full Onboarding.
Google Business Profile access, setup, and optimization
Lead LSA setup: gather requirements, submit info, monitor status, and troubleshoot
Execute SearchAtlas tasks: integrations, tasks according to SOPs, 3eschedule deliverables, monitor progress, and QA outputs
Input data into AI templates (Claude) for sitemaps, ICPs, copy, and tracking**
Build, refine, and enforce SOPs across onboarding, LSA, SEO, and project management
Maintain ClickUp templates, Claude folders, and Google Drive systems
Ensure all tasks follow a scalable, repeatable process — and help improve it as we grow**
Requirements
Must have recent experience in managing fast-growing teams in digital agencies.
Proven **ClickUp + Slack skills **(this is your command center)
Strong follow-through and communication — you stay on top of details
Experience with **Google LSA setup, GBP**, and **basic SEO **workflows
Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced remote team
Fluent in written English with strong documentation skills**

Webflow familiarity (for helping QA builds)
Comfortable using Claude/ChatGPT to create SOPs, briefs, or client docs

Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
