Requirements
5+ years in Project Management for software/IT (web/mobile).
Hands-on Agile (Scrum/Kanban) across discovery → MVP → iterative delivery.
Comfort engaging multiple stakeholders (incl. executives); excellent written and spoken English.
Proven ability to run kick-offs, keep plans/requirements healthy, manage changes/hotfixes, and keep teams unblocked.
Fluency with Jira and Confluence (or similar), and standard collaboration/video tools; familiarity with time approval/reporting processes.
Initiative & ownership: You anticipate issues, propose options, take responsibility end-to-end, and close loops.
Concise, executive-ready communication: You get to the point, tailor to the audience, and are comfortable briefing C-level; you communicate impact, options, and asks, and follow up in writing quickly.

Team support & enablement: You unblock, clarify requirements, and create conditions for the team to do their best work; you coach without micromanaging.
Problem solving & RCA: You lead structured root cause analyses (e.g., 5 Whys, fishbone), derive corrective/preventive actions, and prevent recurrence.
