• Use Lovable or comparable no-code tools to build and deploy lightweight web assets when needed
• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously without dropping quality or detail
• Communicate proactively when you need clarity, and flag anything that looks off before it ships

• - Maintain bookkeeping records for small business clients
• - Prepare bank and credit card reconciliations
• - Record journal entries and assist with monthly financial statements
• - Prepare sales tax returns and related filings
• - Assist with year-end close and required business filings
