Performing the internal audit function for Nucor, which is heavily focused on evaluating and auditing Nucor’s internal controls over financial reporting and compliance with Nucor policies
Performing audits of areas such as inventories, revenue recognition, accounting procedures, capital expenditures, accruals, etc.
The successful candidate should be open to relocation for future growth opportunities
This position includes travel, up to 30% of the time

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation (preferred)
Prior audit experience with a national public accounting firm (preferred)
No more than 2 years of experience in an internal audit role or relevant accounting experience
Must have supervisor and/or manager recommendation
Must be able to perform all essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
