• Generate opportunities and leads through market analysis, networking, personal contacts, and targeted prospecting at industry and scientific meetings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry contacts to secure new clients and accounts.
• Represent Nucleus Global at industry events and coordinate related business development activities.
• Collaborate with growth team and stakeholders across Inizio Medical and Inizio to open and close opportunities.
• Support client teams in expanding into new therapy areas and products.
• Broaden service offerings with existing clients across publications, medical affairs, commercial, clinical, HEOR/market access, digital, and AI-driven solutions.
• Embed best practices in business development and proposal processes through training and upskilling teams.
• Lead the creation of compelling, innovative, and differentiated proposals that provide strategic solutions to client needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver proposals with innovative solutions that overcome client challenges and reinforce Nucleus Global’s competitive advantage.
• Drive the evolution of service offerings in line with industry trends such as omnichannel engagement, digital transformation, and AI-powered content.
• Create and refine marketing materials and credentials that highlight Nucleus Global’s expertise and value.
• Partner with Client Service, Medical and Scientific Services, and Project Management teams, building trusted relationships and influencing teams to align on growth objectives and drive new opportunities.
• Establish, promote, and maintain excellent new business practices across Nucleus Global and through collaboration with Inizio partners.
• Ensure compliance, confidentiality, and high-quality standards are maintained at all times.
• Maintain a central growth hub, including capabilities decks, proposal resources, and supporting materials.
• Manage submission of proposals to sourcing platforms such as Ariba.
• Track and respond promptly to potential leads from website enquiries.

Growth Director

Project Manager

• Support with project management, logistics, client services and travel management requests ensuring a high standard of service
• Manage end to end international event logistics on a project basis including hands-on organisation, preparation of project timelines, prepare, review and manage budgets and on-site event management
• Act as the lead contact on assigned projects, building and maintaining effective relationships with clients, suppliers and internal colleagues and providing project progress reports as required
• Work with the Associate Project & Conference & Travel Directors to support the development of proposals and estimates for client proposals and pitches, providing logistical content and advise senior managers of potential opportunities for new business
• Ensure successful, effective, and professional management of project work within the Conference & Travel Department

Event Project Manager

• Acquire scientific knowledge and expertise across different therapy areas
• Provide scientific and strategic consultation and manage professional relations with leading academics
• Develop a range of medical affairs and disease state education projects
• Lead a team to deliver a range of services to clients using strong project management skills and scientific expertise
• Work within assigned account(s) to manage and ensure projects and services are delivered based on clients' business needs
• Oversee projects, deadlines, budgets, and team assignments
• Support existing client business development and potential new business to achieve agreed-upon financial targets

As a Senior Account Manager, your role will be varied and could include scientific and strategic consultation, and management of professional relations with leading academics and development of a range of publications projects, including abstracts, manuscripts, and congresses. Using your strong project management skills, financial acumen, and scientific expertise, you will help lead a team to deliver a range of services to clients.
