Client Services Representative

• Lead the strategic direction and day-to-day oversight of one Medical Affairs account and one Commercial account, ensuring high-quality delivery across a range of integrated medical communications initiatives.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor and confidently navigating complex conversations and business challenges.
• Partner with Scientific Services, Creative, Digital, and Operations teams to develop and deliver impactful solutions that align with client objectives.
• Oversee financial performance across your portfolio, including forecasting, budgeting, profitability, resource planning, and identifying opportunities for organic growth.
• Lead, coach, and develop Client Services team members, creating a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing environment.

Client Services Director

Director

• Responsible for ensuring that assigned medical communications are accurate, clinically relevant and reflect the most recent advances in the medical field.
• Consults with key opinion leaders in the appropriate therapeutic area and provides expert resources and information.
• Maintains knowledge of developments and trends in the pharmaceutical industry regarding appropriate drugs
• Will partner with pharmaceutical industry clients on goals and objectives of communications programs, ensuring delivery of the highest quality product.
• Remains current with medical developments and conducts literature searches to ensure delivery of accurate medical information for assigned projects.
• Synthesizes clinical trial data and translates relevance for the appropriate physician and consumer audiences according to client requirements for assigned projects.
• Attends and helps design clinical trial investigator meetings and advisory boards.
• Help write medical manuscripts, white papers, monographs, slide kits, abstracts, and posters under the supervision of senior scientific staff.
• Edits medical documents, verify scientific accuracy and provide quality control for writers and freelancers.

Scientific Director – Commercial

Account Manager

• Serving as the primary client contact, providing strategic counsel on medical affairs and publication planning, timelines, and best practices.
• Lead the execution of medical affairs (advisory boards, slide decks, etc) and publications (manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and congress presentations) projects from planning through submission
• Partnering with scientific, editorial, and project management teams to ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of scientific accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
• Leading internal teams to ensure smooth workflow, clear communication, and high-quality output across multiple concurrent projects.
• Overseeing project financials, including budget management, SOW development, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Proactively identifying opportunities for account growth and contributing to new business initiatives.
• Ensuring all activities comply with Good Publication Practice (GPP) guidelines and relevant industry standards.

• Manage scientific team responsible for delivery of a full range of strategic publication focus
• Under the guidance of the scientific VP, lead and manage account to ensure the creation of high quality, accurate medical / scientific content with ability to expand management responsibilities as team grows
• Develop and grow commercial work partnering with VPs of scientific and client services and managing directors
• Identify and develop strategic and tactical business recommendations relevant to client strategy and marketplace needs
• Develop / lead / facilitate key strategy workshops
• Demonstrate a high level of comfort articulating scientific and therapeutic information in lung cancer
