Clinical Operations

• Accountable for enterprise operational performance across SCM and FusionSleep, ensuring SVP and VP leaders are enabled with systems, dashboards, process standardization, staffing models, and cross-functional support required to meet or exceed targets.
• Ensures clinical operations scale predictably while maintaining strong service levels (SLA, response times, wait times) and outcomes.
• Removes barriers to care and improves care-cycle reliability through standardization, training, and workflow automation.
• Leads readiness for payer and channel requirements, including building the operational rigor needed for fully insured payer growth.
• Partners with Operations + Technology teams to ensure operational requirements are met for channel launches and integrations (e.g., billing and eligibility integrations).
• Drives scalable operations by implementing automation and systems that support growth without proportional cost increases.
• Owns operational leverage and margin expansion initiatives including vendor spend reduction, workflow efficiency, and cost per member improvements.
• Oversees end-to-end revenue operations performance, including patient billing, payer claims and reimbursement, client/partner invoicing, collections, denial management, and revenue integrity.
• Maintains or improves quality of care and patient/member experience while scaling volumes rapidly.
• Establishes a measurable operating cadence that supports leader success: clear OKRs, dashboards, risk tracking, and structured operating reviews across clinical operations, SCM, RCM, and DME.
• Develops and delivers board-ready reporting on operational performance, readiness milestones, clinical quality, and scaling progress.

Chief Clinical Operations Officer

• Perform patient care activities delivered through the KOEO platform to support a wide range of clinical sleep programs including case management for new participants, patient therapy adherence on PAP related treatments, medical triage and other KOEO supported clinical treatments.
• Coordinate patient care via the KOEO platform using supported KOEO communication tools that interact with patients, medical professionals and medical equipment personnel to ensure timely and appropriate resolution of participant care issues.
• Patient care is delivered via telephone.
• Establish exceptional customer service relationships with patients and staff as demonstrated by voice tone, written correspondence and verbiage.
• Respond to inquiries and requests from patients or other personnel within given time frames and within established policy.
• Other duties/projects as assigned by the Care Team Supervisor.

• Identify new market and revenue growth opportunities: Identify market opportunities for new and existing products, services, and geographies.
• Develop business cases to support Product Management and internal stakeholders in making go/no-go and prioritization decisions on potential opportunities.
• Develop pricing strategies: Create profitable and competitive pricing strategies for new products and services in target geographies. Identify regional reimbursement landscape.
• Conduct market analyses and research: Conduct market analyses to identify new trends, customer needs, competitive landscapes (e.g., competitors, technologies, pricing, market share), and strategic growth opportunities.
• Establish a process for communicating market analytics to internal stakeholders.
• Establish relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs): Identify and build relationships with KOLs in target markets.
• Identify unmet clinical, operational, and research needs.
• Attend conferences and symposiums to understand needs, trends, and thought leadership.
• Gather voice of customer (VOC) input/feedback: Engage with existing and potential customers to understand clinical, product, and service needs as input to potential product and service opportunities.
• Cross-functional relationship development: Examples include: Partner with Product Management on developing business cases, conducting portfolio gap analyses, and prioritizing opportunities.
• Partner with Commercial teams on pricing strategies, competitor analyses, market sizing, and market entry/expansion strategies.
• Support downstream commercialization activities as needed, including go-to-market planning, value proposition refinement, and launch readiness for priority initiatives.
• Partner with R&D and Clinical teams on technology and clinical pipeline development, user and clinical needs assessments, and KOL identification.
• Partner with Regulatory on geographic regulatory assessment of new markets.
