Sales Development Rep

• Proactively research, identify, and engage target accounts within assigned territories or market segments
• Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and campaigns)
• Respond to inbound leads and assess fit, urgency, and buying intent
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect challenges related to law firms and in house legal teams within corporations
• Qualify opportunities against agreed criteria and schedule meetings for Account Executives
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (e.g. Salesforce)
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to align on messaging, campaigns, and target accounts
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly activity and pipeline targets
• Continuously develop knowledge of our products, value proposition, and the legal technology market

• Deliver accurate forecasting and define, track, and report on key performance metrics
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new EMEA legal Referral, Reseller, and Implementation partners
• Lead partner enablement initiatives, with a strong focus on developing both new and existing partners
• Manage and grow a cross-functional team of partner marketing and account management professionals
• Foster strong alignment with internal stakeholders, including sales and marketing leadership and their teams
• Oversee partner communications related to products, features, and marketing initiatives
• Resolve partner–customer challenges while building strong internal advocacy across support teams
• Develop go-to-market strategies and understand partner sales motions to maximise commercial opportunities
• Achieve quarterly revenue targets and drive partner contribution to overall EMEA performance
• Take on additional responsibilities as required
